Modelithics mmWave & 5G Library
Modelithics mmWave & 5G Library is a collection of advanced simulation models for high frequency electronic design, developed to support the needs of the next generation of cellular and wireless communications. All models in this new library can be used in one or more of the latest 5G millimeter wave frequency bands. Every model in the mmWave & 5G library is validated with measurements to a minimum of 30 GHz, some as high as 125 GHz.
Modelithics System Components Library™
The Modelithics System Component Library contains models for system-level components such as amplifiers, filters, attenuators, couplers, and packages. By using Modelithics measurement-based models, designers can accurately predict system performance in the presence of real-world factors such as interference. Designers can incorporate the models into RF chains, which can be integrated into complete system designs to simulate metrics like bit error rate (BER).

Lastly, integrate these components into RF circuits such as matching networks and use optimization algorithms to achieve the desired performance.
The Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library for Ansys HFSS includes both Microwave Global Models™ for capacitors, inductors, and resistors as well as 3D geometry models. Microwave Global Models scale with respect to part values, substrates, and solder pads. These models are ideal for EM/circuit co-simulations. Modelithics 3D models take design analysis even further by capturing electromagnetic interactions between components and surrounding elements. In total, the Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library for Ansys HFSS includes over 300 models and represents over 18,000 parts. Over 200 3D models are included.
